In order to reduce costs and inconvenience to you, please make certain you think the painting will work in the space you are purchasing it for. Measure out the space and compare with the size of the painting first. Make sure the colors will work. If you are unsure please call the gallery and we will be happy to assist you.  These paintings are beautiful and have texture and brilliance not shown in the pictures and chances are they will exceed your expectations. But, on the chance you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, do not hesitate to contact us immediately with your concerns, we will do our best to fix whatever went wrong.

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact the gallery at 760-346-9770 and we will be please to arrange return postage.

If 10 business days have passed since the receipt of your painting we cannot accept your return or refund your money.

The art must be unused and in the exact condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and you MUST get prior authorization. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY PAINTINGS BEFORE YOU HAVE AUTHORIZED A RETURN FIRST. Please call the gallery at 1-760-346-9770 or email us at




Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (less the restocking charge if applicable) or original method of payment, within 24 hours of the merchandise return.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again., Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, unless approved by the gallery.


If you want to exchange your painting for another one, please call within the 10 business day limit to get authorization.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item as this is not under our control and a claim will have to be filed by you to recover the costs.
