Please make certain you think the painting will work in the space you are purchasing it for. Measure out the space and compare with the size of the painting first. Make sure the colors will work. These paintings are beautiful and have texture and brilliance not shown in the pictures and chances are they will exceed your expectations. But, on the chance you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, do not hesitate to contact us immediately with your concerns, we will do our best to fix whatever went wrong.

Please bear in mind that shipping large paintings is very costly. We cannot afford to ship to you at no cost and return it to us at no cost. Therefore, if we accept your return it may be 25% less to cover our cost to ship the painting to you, unless your return is entirely our fault. Bear in mind we are always fair and want your future business. Our refund & returns policy lasts 10 business days. If 10 business days have passed since the receipt of your painting, we will not authorize your return or refund.

In addition, your item must be unused and in the exact condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and you MUST get prior authorization.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (less the restocking charge) or original method of payment, within 48 hours of the merchandise return.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again., Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at jplooneyart@gmail.com

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Since our paintings are one of a kind, they cannot be replaced.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
